Over the years, we have welcomed many Vietnamese customers who are now living abroad. Some return after a few months, while others come back after a year or even longer. Yet whenever they are in Da Nang, many of them still make time to visit The Rose Hair.

For us, that means much more than simply having a returning customer.

A Familiar Place After Being Away

Living abroad means getting used to new places, new people, and new routines. So when our customers return to Vietnam, it is always wonderful to see them come back to a place they already know and trust.

Some walk through the salon door and say:

"I'm finally back!" 🥰

And suddenly, it feels like no time has passed.

We catch up, talk about life abroad, share stories, and of course, talk about their hair. It is always exciting to see them refresh their look and enjoy some time taking care of themselves while they are back home.

Sometimes our customers message us before they even arrive in Da Nang.

They check our schedule, book their appointment, and sometimes send photos of their current hair so we can discuss what they would like to do.

Balayage, highlights, hair color, haircuts, treatments, or simply refreshing their roots — everyone comes back with a different hair goal.

But the feeling is often the same:

"I'm going home, so it's time to take care of my hair." ✨

And we love being part of that little homecoming tradition.

From Vietnam to the World — And Back Again

One of the things we appreciate most is seeing our customers build their lives in different countries and still return to us whenever they are back in Vietnam.

Some now live in Australia. Some live in Europe. Some live in other parts of Asia. And some travel between Vietnam and different countries throughout the year.

Even when they are thousands of kilometers away, they still remember The Rose Hair.

That kind of trust is built over time. It comes from understanding someone's hair, remembering their preferred color and style, and making them feel comfortable every time they visit.
